Addition by Subtraction Shawl - FREE KAL
Knit along with co-author, Christopher Bahls. Come help us crack the case, file No. K2TOG-Q and cast on this murder mystery, who done it shawl. This is a fairly large asymmetrical triangle shaped shawl with stripey goodness, slipped stitch design, & illusion knitting. Basic knitting skills required: Cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch. And then get ready for some knitting fun! We will be using the following stitches: K2tog, Ktbl, P2tog, Ptbl, yo & ML mystery lace stitch! So come join us for a relaxed evening of social knitting. Fingering weight yarn in 4 colors
A. 100 gr, very light and a strong contrast to color B
B. 100 gr, very dark and a strong contrast to color A
C. 50 gr, a accent or pop color
D. 50 gr, a color that ties A & B together.
US 6 (4mm) 32” circular needles
