Have you noticed all of a sudden, It's HIP to be square? Have you always admired granny squares? If yes, then come join us and learn to crochet granny squares from a written and charted pattern. Granny square crochet is so much fun, and the possibilities are literally endless, blankets, bags, pillows, scarves, mitts, sweaters, etc. This is a perfect next step class if you've taken Crochet 101. Basic crochet knowledge required: chaining, slip stitch, double crochet. You will learn magic loop, working in the round to make a square, and seamless color changes. You will also learn how to use locking stitch markers, how to put them together - three different methods, and much more! Please come by the shop a few days prior to class date to choose your yarns and have them wound for use. Ages 18 & up only!
