Professor Fungi - In Shop Only
Sarah Schira’s Professor Gortabello Fungi is an adorable stuffie that is so collectable and great for gift giving too! This is a perfect project for adventurous, intermediate knitters to learn new skills in a small project. Basic knitting skills are required: Knit stitch, Purl stitch, cast on & bind off. You will add to your knitting skills: working in the round on DPN - double pointed needles, short rows, stranded colorwork, I-cord, 3 needle bind off, slipping stitches (mosaic colorwork), KFB, KFB-M, M1L, M1R, K2tog, SSK. Come join us and knit your very own Professor Fungi!

NOTE: Materials for this class must be purchased at The Altered Stitch. PLEASE come early to pick your materials and have them wound before class begins. You are more than welcome to come any day before the class. Any of the staff will be more than happy to help you with your yarn choices and get you prepared for class at your convenience.
