We are delighted to announce the return of Arne & Carlos Christmas stocking knit along for 2025, following in the footsteps of the popular versions from 2023 and 2024.

This year, though, will not be quite the same. A few surprises are waiting — little twists that we hope will make you smile — and all will be revealed on October 27, when the first episode goes live. From then, the journey continues for four cozy weeks, ending on November 23. Arne & Carlos will be releasing the clues each day Monday to Sunday. However, we will meet to knit together on Sundays in November. This will be an instructed knit along! Basic knitting skills are required: Cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, cast off. You will learn how to cast on in the round for the toe using DPN’s or magic loop, changing colors & Jogless fair isle in the round.

• NOTE: Yarn for the class must be purchased at The Altered Stitch. Please, come early to pick your materials and have them wound before class begins. You are more than welcome to come any day before the class. Any of the staff will be more than happy to help you with your yarn choices and get you prepared for class at your convenience.
