Want to learn a new craft this year? Learn basic knitting skills in this new & improved four session introduction class. You will learn the basics of knitting including cast on, cast off, the knit stich, and the purl stitch and simple pattern reading. Use these basic stitches to make a beautiful textured scarf. You will also learn to read a simple knitting pattern. Class meets every other week so that you will have time to do homework in-between class meetings. So, get ready, get set, let’s go!

preferably a light colored, non-variegated yarn.
